I used Rob as a fitness coach for about 6 months, and within that time i completely transformed my health and body. His program worked perfect for me and his approach to it was great. Self accountability and someone pushing you to succeed and help you through obstacles is all it takes. Couldnt be more happy with the outcome. Im also using Rob as a firearms instructor and that has been working out really well. We have done multiple sessions and its easy to pick up where we left off and add more challenge each time. I signed up for Rob training program because people I work with did previously and their results were amazing. In the beginning Rob was very attentive. He listened to my goals and very quickly came up with a plan very quickly. At first I was skeptical, if I'm being honest, going from eating two meals a day to almost twice that but my body adjusted. Going back to the gym was a struggle, but with the plan Rob made for me I was waking up and walking into the gym at 4am and working 10 hours a day without caffeine or struggle. Absolutely not. You start where you are. Our job is to build you up safely and progressively, not break you down. Ego has no place in effective training—consistency and execution do.
